This is one of the rarest chains that we have had the pleasure of bringing to market: an all original mint example of classic Regency period English fashion. The sleek, smoothness of this flat ladder link chain as it interplays with the organic tulip shape of the slide and station reminds us of the stark contrast that visually defined this period. Recalling the Rococo Revival in the details of the screw top dog clip, this long guard would have effortlessly integrated with the “empire waist” day dresses of the era, yet would feel just as at home in a modern day neck stack. A classic versatile chain, we are honored to have such a special treasure in our winter 2020 collection.
