Something I love about jewelry from the 1860’s is that in a lot of ways, it looks like it could be from the 1920’s. Of course, the craftspersonship is different for 1860’s pieces, and these 14ct onyx and pearl earrings have everything that I love about jewelry from this period: they are bold with little details like pearls and beautiful enameled fans up top. The strict and stark cutting of the onyx is delicious, and these articulated earrings are so incredibly sexy on the ear.
