This absolutely incredible and large scale emerald ring has that desirable octagonal cut, meaning it has full eight facets. What makes this different from an emerald cut, which has clipped corners to make it an octagonal shape, is that this one really has an accentuated octagonal cut. With 14 brilliant round cut diamonds, this very rare estate jewel in solid 18ct is an excellent heirloom treasure. This ring truly speaks for itself, and is reminiscent of Jackie Kennedy’s famous emerald engagement ring. There is so much gold present in this ring; the bezel setting extends downward to encase it in a luxuriant, very yellow 18ct gold that gives the emerald that fantastic internal glow.
