This outstanding Art Deco four diamond, French cut set sapphire band is a really classic example, featuring a microscopic milgrain bezel edge to the setting and wonderful scrolling along the gallery that recalls a Gatsby period iron gate. I am such a fan of this ring, particularly the transitional brilliant cuts, which can be identified by their sharp knife-like facets radiating outward when viewed from the pavilion. This ring has that old world charm we look for in all original early Deco examples. I am certain that this beautiful ring will be a mainstay in whatever collection she is lucky enough to join.
