An enchanting Victorian cerulean blue enamel and pearl jabot pin in beautiful condition. Jabot pins were often used as closures for lace shawls, fichu, and lingerie covers as they were dainty enough to hold the delicate fabrics without overly ornamenting. This particular example features all original cerulean baby blue enamel swirl spanning from the grip to the shoulder of the sword, with a looping, baroque style, pearl encrusted loop guard that catches the light beautifully.
